FACILITIES

Our clubrooms are conveniently located just a minute from Darfield township and within walking distance of the town centre. The venue includes full rugby training facilities and is ideal for a variety of events and gatherings.

We offer:

  • A fully carpeted bar and lounge

  • Kitchen facilities

  • A spacious outdoor entertaining and viewing area with leaners and tables

  • Please note this is a upstairs venue with no wheelchair access 

Perfect for business conferences, private functions, and regular club events. We also encourage our social committee and teams to host fundraising events within the clubrooms.

MEETING / CONFERENCES

Our clubrooms are available for hire. To request a booking, please complete the  'Request for Approval to Hire Darfield Rugby Club Rooms' form on the right. Please note that all bookings must be approved by the Darfield Rugby Club Executive Committee and are subject to availability/suitability.

What We Can Provide: 

  • Projector/Screen

  • Sound System

  • Seating and Bar Stools (35 chairs and 24 bar stools) 

Pricing:

  • Hire (12 hours or less): $150 + GST

  • Hire (24 hours): $300 + GST

  • Special Licence for Bar: $100 (BYO is allowed with committee aproval; at least two month’s notice required to obtain a special licence)

  • Courtesy Van

  • Tea, Coffee & Milk: $30

  • Cleaning Service: $90
